The sky grew bright of yellows and oranges as it set slowly behind the gorgeous mountains that parted along a small river. The children left the temple waving goodbye as the priestess waved them off with a smile on her face. She sighed lightly as she took a hold of her broom but in a rapid breathy voice her name was shouted. Turning she noticed a royal guardsmen running towards her. He stopped only to take a deep breath from his running; standing as he bowed lightly to the young woman. A small decorative box was handed to her. Stating whom it was from, she smiled sweetly and had the guardsmen wait for a sec. Running inside she took hold of a letter from underneath her pillow. Running outside; she handed it to the guardsman whom was more than grateful to run back to the palace.
He sat on the grass as his hands caressed the pellets of a flower. A sigh formed from his lips as he stood up. Looking up the stairs to see his father’s guards standing like idiots as they watched him, taking a sip of saki, he cursed the guards for doing their job but also keeping him in lock down. Upset and thinking of the words his father scolded him with, the guardsmen that was set out ran towards the stairs and gracefully hit the steps. As he watched the guardsman hit each step and finally landing on the soft grass. He noticed a letter appear from his fingers. Taking the letter in hand he read on…
“The words I speak are full of truth for I do not have many words to express how you have made my heart feel. It beats ever so softly when I feel you near and your eyes look into my own. You form my cheeks to grow so red, so blush… I cannot feel my feet on the ground. I wish to only ask for an embrace of your arms. If this is what I believe it may be then hopefully... Please allow me to say it.
I only wish to be yours if you would allow a young woman with dreams such as I to be yours… “
Subaki… “
He smiled and with a soft sigh, he hugged the letter. The fallen guardsman stood up and smirked at him. The prince blinked and threatened to punch him as he was laughed at playfully.
At the temple she made her way to the koi pond. Sitting down as she looked at the gift that was given to her. She noticed a letter connected to it by a soft silk ribbon. The letter read:
“Words cannot express these strange feelings I have felt since I first gazed into your eyes. I couldn’t help but realize that my heart beats had stopped only to know that it has most likely found the one hand I am bound to love. That word is hard for me to say but I do hope my words are not too forward. I would not wish to scare you off or have you hit me with the broom again. Why did I write that?
Rambling I do apologize but it’s true. You did hit me with the broom and it was well deserved. Please accept this gift and I do hope we meet again. Even if it means for me to jump over the wall once again…

Tears filled her eyes as she held the letter tightly to her chest. Opening up the box; her cheeks blushed deeply. A gemmed necklace of purple amethyst and blue sapphire adored by a lovely gemmed ladybug. Her wings fluttered happily as she hugged her fond gift. She kissed the gift as she looked up at the sky with her eyes filling with happy tears….

The other day I had posted a journal for someone to please help do a background for these two lovelies of mine and the ever so epic  Roadiesky offered. I've seen his work and have fallen for his art style. CHECK HIM OUTTT!
So handing him over something I am in love with, he took care of it and pop came out this gorgeous background. I cried when he sent it to me and I just couldn't believe it! This has to be the most amazing of background I have EVER seen in my eyes and its so amazing! He hit the spot on what I wanted and my vision was placed in this image. I thank you publicly for this hun. I know I've thanked you so many times but seriously! Its amazing! Thank you!!!!

I'm happy I trusted a great friend with my work on these two because I really haven't shown anyone my insects. When they were growing popular I know I had to hit the bandwagon but I wanted something different...
So.. I looked up ladybug for my female and most of them are the generic red shell, black skinned ladybug. I went to google and noticed a greyish blue shelled ladybug. I didn't want the typical black so I lowered down to grey and VAH LAH! Subaki was made. Yes.. Subaki is her name. She is so cute!
I looked up firefly and got some cute ones shown up so.. I went to google and also posted a journal asking for people to post bugs. Sadly none of them caught my eye but a friend here at home told me to try drawing a fire fly. So.. googling it, I loved the bug. Michio was born! TAA DAA!!!!

I have a whole back story for these two If your curio, just note me and I'll be happy to talk your ear off!
