Looks like one of those GE Evolution locos. Norfolk Southern has a few of them.

Definitely a GEVO, and what's nice is they put the middle number right under the reporting marks. This is a 4400 HP model that has 6 AC traction motors. I see a few of these locomotives under UP reporting marks over at Shinn Street Yard with increasing frequency.
