This is the second of the three triptychs.
I should mention that not all represented were artists, though most were. Some were writers. Most were up and coming fans, though some were professionals, and quite a few made the transformation into professionals. A handful were one-shot wonders who did maybe a single illustration or two and never resurfaced in the fandom again. A few others produced reamfuls of work for the APA. Ah, but those were the days.
The members represented here are: Steve Gallacci, Wayne Modjeski, Mike Kazaleh, Cindy Murata, Roz Gibson, Juan Alfonso, Bill Fitts, Ken Mitchroney, Donna Barr, Guy Brownlee, Darin Davis, Chuck Melville, Jay Shell, Pete Stoller, Jeff Wood, Kjartan Arnorsson, Craig Hilton, Garrett Ho, Mike McMurry, Mario Williams, Kent Butterworth, Brian O’Connell, Will Faust, Mike Susko, Wolf Smith, Tom Verre, Lance Rund, Stan Sakai, Phil Morrissey, Steve Corbett, Noah Miller, Kris Kreutzman, Ted Sheppard, Eric Elliott, Mark Merlino, Melody Rondeau, Tom Milliorn, Susan Van Camp, Valerio Pastore, Scott Jeralds Mark Mayerson, and Mark Christiansen.

Well... you can't actually. At least, not very easily.
An APA (Amateur Press Association) is essentially a members only fanzine. Each member printed his own fanzine, printed out enough copies for the membership (paying for it out of his own pocket) and sent it to the central editor who then assembled all of the individual contributions into a single book and mailed them back to everybody. Generally speaking, there were usually just enough copies to go around.
There were some extras which were taken to cons to exhibit, and some of the extras were given to prospective members.
A lot of the material printed in 'Brazzle tended to wind up getting published elsewhere, usually through MU Press, Antarctic Comics or Radio Comics, or through self-publishing efforts.
If you're lucky, you might run across a former member who's selling off his copies. At the height of the run, the average issue was as thick as a NYC Metropolitan telephone book; a handful of them tend to take up a lot of space.
