I am fond of, naaaay very fond of ponies.

You say you have joined the dark side with the making of this. Perhaps so. Hardly all, but many of the so called outspoken bronies are so rude. Far too many of them spit on each other with their words to one another, as if being an inconsiderate jerk to others is some kind of sport to them.

I did say, hardly all bronies are like this, but way far too many as far as I am concerned. And this behavior put on display for all to see by those that partake in something like MLP FIM the cartoon, is so dumbfounding to me. I don't get it. ???

Sure, not all furies are always friendly to one another, that is mostly when the subject at hand is something like scat play or cub porn, but most furies as far as I can tell are mostly vary friendly, understanding, caring, and considerate individuals. Far less so among bronies as I have observed.

So I do take it quite literal, when you say you have joined the dark side with this art piece.

But don't feel all to alone in this. I have partaken in this MLP FIM craze myself (as well as many, many other furries), that is mostly how I know what some of these Bronies are like.

Oh' I am not picking on all bronies, I happen to like most of them. It's just the outspoken jerks among them. Hell, it has gotten so bad with these bad bronies, they have a mascot of sorts one person has made, that kind of represents them, in a rather funny way. His name is Dan The Jerk. You should look him up some time on YouTube. You know, just for laugh's.

One last thing I have observed among those that make a pony of themselves. Many seem to use the female pony form from the cartoon to represent themselves, be them a male or not.

I find that both odd and funny at the same time.

Hah hah. Well, I am female, and this one is based on my fursona quite directly, so that's why she looks as she does. As for the jerks in the brony world...I am guessing at least some of that is based on an overreaction to being made fun of or the fear of it, anyway. They're so determined to not care what others think of what they like that they go way overboard and become mean, themselves. Bullies, after all, are often bullied by others behind the scenes. While it doesn't give them an excuse, and it is not always the case (some folk are just jerks), I don't hold it against them. I'm just sad that they're forgetting to live the messages the cartoon they love so much puts out.
