KAMEHAEHAAAAAAA!

WOW. Awesome job on this A-Blast! Being the sports nerd that I am, I have a deep, unhealthy love of extreme posture. Not just reaching out for a ball-- but REACHING out for it, throwing every inch of your body into the move. Here, the character isn't just swinging that sword, he's SWINGING it, throwing that shoulder out, letting the weight and force drive the blade forward, letting his wrist get twisted to furthest spot. And that's awesome. I think a lot of artists are shy about pushing their characters that far because it looks strange to an untrained eye, but when you see just how far the limbs will go, how extreme the posture gets for those milliseconds of time in the middle of an action, you learn that stuff like this is as real as it gets. Love the courage in this piece.

Wow, amazing--interesting that he's using fire while in Inigo's outfit, considering Mercenaries normally can't. The lighting from the fire looks really nice and warm. ^w^

Inigo's route for me is normally Mercenary -> Hero -> Sorcerer -> Dread Fighter. It's hard for me to imagine him without magic at his disposal!

Think of it as forshadowing. Plus, swords and sorcery are awesome together! :3

Ah, that makes sense--I usually make him everything, then back to a Hero with sweet new skills. I guess I'm a little too basic at times. XD

But yeah, I like the idea of swords and magic in one package--that might be why I like Red Mages, and Mage Knights in different RPGs. ^w^

I'm the same! Swordmages and Hexblades in D&D, mixing sword and magic skills in stuff like Skyrim, and Red Mages in Final Fantasy. :D

Just blending the two, and enhancing each with the other appeals to me immensely.

Yeah, me too~ I've made several characters for game ideas that could do so, though Clare can use the least in comparison. ^ ^;
Still, when it comes to the Red Mages, Terra is my favorite--even though she doesn't exactly look like one, her use of magic and swords is close enough for me~ XD

Saw the route you took Inigo through. I might have to do that as soon as I get him in my game should I pick it up again. What you did with Inigo is what I did with Donnel.

Huh, I didn't think Donnel could go through the magic classes. He went Villager -> Merc -> Hero and then it honestly didn't matter because he destroyed EVERYTHING.

My Inigo's father was Libra, for the blonde hair and access to War Priest (renewal!) and Sorcerer. He is UTTERLY BEASTLY. I think I'll team him up with Morgan for Apotheosis. :3

I took him all the way through Dread Fighter several times and he grew his Magic stat VERY well. He's pretty much more powerful than my avatar character overall, even though my Avi is maxed out.

Who'd you pair with Libra? And I may have to try that since I imagine they make a great team.

Hey, have you considered doing more designs like this, because that armour design is being really good to you. If I saw this drawing at a bar, you can bet I'd try to pick it up!
