Well done mate! This is pretty good.
The head has some great form to it and an interesting colour scheme to boot!
All I have to critique is something that only comes with time and practice. First, hands and arms can be difficult, and it takes time to get proportions right. Second, musculature. Again, that only takes a little bit of practice.
