
Se que la hice hace poco pero vino el nuero de mi padrastro con su hija desde alemania y querian quedar bien asi que me han encargado otra pastaflora xD sinceramente, podrian haberme encargado otra cosa por que hubiese creado mas cosas <^< pero bue esta me ha quedado mejor
Ingredientes:
masa:
250 g harina
125 g azucar
1 huevo
135 g mantequilla
1 yema de huevo(si, ademas de huevo)
relleno:
125g mascarpone
90 gr nata
20~40 gr azucar, al gusto de dulzor
un buen puñao de fresas xD
Elaboración:
mezcla todos los ingredientes de la masa juntos, sin preferencia de orden y cuando quede una masa compacta dejar 30 min tapada con film en la nevera.
Mientras esta en la nevera precalentamos el horno a 180º y sacamos el mascarpone, la nata y el azucar. Lo ponemos todo en un mismo recipiente y lo montamos todo con un batidor, reservalo en la nevera.
estira la masa y enmoldala en un molde de la forma en la que la quieras presentar y metela al horno ( si quieres darle forma a la masa dasela antes de meterla al horno) durante 20~25 minutos, retiralo y espera que enfrie para desmoldarla (es mas facil que se rompa la base desde caliente al desmoldar)
con una manga pastelera añade el relleno en la base y decoralo a gusto.

Preparation:
Mix all dough ingredients together, without preference order and when it is a compact mass leave 30 min covered with film in the fridge.
While in the fridge preheat oven to 180 degrees and took the mascarpone , cream and sugar. We put it all in one container and assemble all with a whisk , book it in the fridge.
enmoldala (to cast in a mould) stretching the dough into a mould and the way in which the file (shape) you want and put it in the oven ( if you want to shape the dough give it before putting it in the oven) for 20 ~ 25 minutes , remove and cool for unmoulding expected ( is easier than the base breakage from hot to unmould )
adds a pastry bag with the filling into the base and decorate it to taste.
