From left to right: Killer Croc (from the Batman series), Leatherhead (from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), and Louis (from The Princess and the Frog). They've all taken the weekend off to do gator-related things.
God, this background was difficult, but I'm really glad I stuck with it. Also, I didn't realize how lime green I made Killer Croc until I colored in the other two characters, but I don't feel like recoloring him at this point.
Constructive criticism appreciated.

Gators are meant to blend into certain environments, so the color scheme didn't even cross my mind until you mentioned it... then I looked a second time and thought, pfft. Louis is the only character that stands apart from the others, probably for being more of a cel-shaded detail character vs. the others. The others have scads more detail in their skin/scaly/hide texturing than Louis. What would put him in the scene with them (as being a member in their same plane of existence so to speak) is to bump up his detailing to the same level, to add beyond what Disney animators usually put in his character to the detail of his scaly hide until he matches in shading and detail and scaly texture the other 2 gators.
