I did not include the lower jaw because it's faster (and cheaper) to make one with an aluminium-profile when to print it.
Tioh_Fursuit_Head 7_onepart.stl is the complete model - I recommend printing the 3 parts. It can be printed without support-material.
The movable eyelids are on Thingiverse too:

The ears are made of felt.
