One of a bunch of sumi e paintings I did to raise money for Tree House Humane Society, a local cageless no-kill cat shelter where I got both my adorable kitties.

Well, I haven't set up pricing for it yet, I'm still checking with them if they'd be willing to hang them in their waiting/adoption room (they have other art up there but haven't hashed out details).

Did you have a particular photo in mind you wanted one based off of?

Not particularly, they're not. I'm mostly just having fun and using cat poses that inspire me. Cid and Friday (my two boys) are adorable enough to inspire plenty enough art for a while though.

I think youre work is incredibly well executed, and brush manipulation and dilution is a huge pain too, so I know these probably werent easy either
