i'm guessing you mean the front one? I've never seen any of those around massachusetts, i've only seen standard SD70 locos, mostly on an intermodal job out of Ayer, and sometimes a smaller one (think possibly a geep) on a local freight closer to my home

or maybe i'm mixed up, i know i've only ever seen (mostly CPX) ones in the shape of the rear loco, i love trains and stuff but couldn't designate one in a pinch to save my life
