I went back and re-read the comic. I guess there's a couple ways it could be seen, even though it seems like the other cat was digested it didn't explicitly show it(i.e. post vore, or shrinking belly,etc).
so optimistically the bird had fun and spat him out.
pessimistically the bird kept him and finished him off off-screen.

To be honest, the original comic with the three cats is my favorite comic you have done, and I am extremely happy that this tied into it. I never even made the connection until now. I am extremely excited to see more of this (possibly), and I hope the cats have a happy ending, as much as I love Lyla and her stomach.
