Finally got my baby and I'm hoping I won't have to return him from the strange things he does that I don't think is normal. (he occasionally doesn't turn off touch when I turn him on from sleep mode, which then also messes up the pen and I have to restart, and the bluetooth keyboard has two keys switched, but only on this computer, it works fine on all my other computers)
So I'm hoping I don't have to exchange him back in. D: I'm already preparing for the possibility of that though. In the meantime, he's a dream to draw on, even if typing is a little challenging. TvT

I have one myself and mine does the same thing with the pen.
It does not work well in some programs and if you call support they just throw up hands and act like they do not know what SAI is haha.
However the turning on thing is another issue all together. I woudl get it replaced asap since it is such an investment and you will most likely have it for many years to come. It would be a shame for it to crap out super fast.
P.S. Careful with the screen! The nibs I got with it felt scratchy on the screen and I thought it was strange. So I looked at my screen and bam a scratch right on the screen. So just be careful since I thought the glass face woudl be crazy tough... when in fact it is not.

eeee that sucks about the screen; thankfully my pen hasnt had that issue and the nibs have been fine.
And yeah the touch thing is an issue once i reset it its fine but then the pen is messed up and doesnt register the difference in the eraser and the pen. Then I have to restart.

that's just the one I got. there's a different model in the same price range that would hook up like an intuos would i think.
