There's not enough of this sort of hero music, in hero movies today it's all just typical action music. We need more of this kind, it's uplifting, inspiring, makes you want to go out and save the day.

Amen, absolutely amen! Fox, you have shown us your prowess with various genres. This one (though not eluding you prior) is one that is particularly powerful. You show us your mastery of it here. To take all these various pieces, and various talents, and bring them together so perfectly, takes massive talent on its own.

I really like how this came out. It's a nice mix of dramatic symphony with a side of rock.

(I admit to being a power metal fan, so this sort of/kind of touches on that genre, heh.)

Wh-whoa! Like some others said, words can't describe this. It sends shivers up my body every time I listen to it.

I normally am not even into classical music. I just listen to trance because I like to feel uplifted. But you can give me appreciation for classical music.

I have heard from some others, like DJs and such, about the idea of taking your audience on a journey. And you seem to have mastered that idea as well. All I really know how to do on the rare occasions I mess around in Virtual DJ, is just put in songs that have feels I enjoy.

Anyway, enough about me. I'm not a religious man, but I'm truly blessed to have this to listen to. Keep up the amazing work!

I forgot to mention. It doesn't just give me shivers. It brought tears to my eyes the first few times I listened to it.

So my comments... the narrator is excellent. Seriously osfer should do narration for TV and movies if he doesn't already.

The choir definitely has a Skyrim flare to it, the music is excellent as always. A nice mix of hopeful and powerful to it. Besides "Skyrim", I'm feeling a bit of an "Independence Day" movie in it. I sincerely hope the commissioner is happy with it. Sounds good to my ears

I can't wait to put this to the symphony board to see if it's something we can perform. I'll keep in touch about the possibility of the live performance. You know i've been practicing the opening horn calls. x3 Because i've already received permission from the principal horn to take the solos for this piece.

Besides being a beautiful epic theme, this work is emotionally powerful. I've been part of the fight against psychopathic powermongers for years, exposing and opposing their wrongs, and on the whole they're winning this war - not because they are more powerful than the masses, but because most of us foster an apathy born of hopelessness and fear, bread and circuses. Rock the boat, and people will start avoiding or even ridiculing you. But you can't give up, because you can see that the boat is sinking and if nobody takes the oars then none of us have a chance of reaching land. So you keep fighting for everyone's wellbeing while they tune you out or point and laugh at the silly dissenter, not because you want to but because you must. If everyone else just put down their antisocial networks and their 'Flappy Bird' and their iBlinders for a few minutes to sincerely take up arms against what we all know is wrong, this would not be a fight - it would be a massacre.

This portrayal of the common political warrior in a heroic light is intensely bittersweet. Thank you for that.

This +1000 since I'm also in the same boat, but focused more towards the occult aspect of this (no, it's not like what those people who write conspiracy theories think). Hence why I'm forcing myself to write three pages a day (even if the grammar and capitalization aren't there) so I can at least even show rough drafts for a story that I want to get out that covers one of the issues I'm most concerned about.

I had such an amazing time at Osfer's panel last Confuzzled. To hear the recording used in such an epic fashion made my week and brought back some fantastic memories from the con! Thanks so much to everyone who made this happen, it couldn't have turned out better and I'm truly delighted to have even had such a small part in it! :)

Oh, I love when the guitar comes in. very nice riff work. And very heroic. Inspiring, but just enough Metal to fit a character who looks a bit like a brooding anti-hero.

This is such an empowering and awesome piece. When I get to the "You just watch me" bit, I always get this smile on my face and a rush that I could do anything. The last minute made for a very interesting dynamic as well. Just what I needed to get through a particularly rough patch in my life right now.

If only I had the ability/resources to animate. >< This would make an awesome movie/show intro. It was a very inspiring piece. ^_^ Whenever you guys do a music and picture collaboration, I always stare at Alector's picture while I listen to the track, and the art starts to move and change as I watch. The two are beautiful enough alone, but together, they come to life. I only wish I could share what I see, even if it isn't as interesting as the works that inspired it.
