[Backstory ahead! Ye be warned!]
Tracy here is a nice girl, a student of Media Arts and loves to fix broken electronics in her free time. She is bit of introvert, not shy just that she prefers her "Me" time over partying or going out. But when she isn't working at her computer she is fixing up something electronic and adding it to her collection! Her phone, her headphones, even parts of her computer are pieces she's found and fixed up to use for herself.
So when she was partnered up with Summer to help Tracy who was having problems with a assignment. While visiting the Ninetales Slimegirl's apartment while her roommates were out, Tracy happen upon a old and familiar DS system. The one Summer had when she got goo'd into a Ninetales, and having smashed it in half after she dropped it. Summer gave it to Tracy since the Ninetales had a new one that still worked, so Tracy started to look it over instead of actually study with Summer.
When she noticed a strange yellow leakage from the rechargeable battery case, she popped it open to see if it was damaged from the fall. What she did find instead was goo from the original incident with no bond and charged up by the energy left in the battery. It immediately clung to Tracy's arm and started the slow inevitable transformation into a Jolteon slimegirl. Summer did try to stop it, and got zapped for her troubles.
Though the transformation was a bit alarming, Tracy settled into her new body quiet nicely. Being a walking battery helps as well in keeping all her electronic toy and gadgets charged. She spends more time hanging out with Summer as well, both of them sharing something more in common now and finding out new stuff about each other everyday. She's still much a introvert, but since warming up to Summer she's been warming up to the other pokemon slimegirls that live with the Ninetales.
