Actually It is a species I made for a project.. It is not exactly close to hers at all other tan the pink and blue design.
This is a genetic experiment that is a mix of a shark a cat an octopus and coral DNA They come in different Shapes Sizes and can change their form. Some have shark tails some have octopus tails some have cat tails some don't even have tails!
This baby was the first I made and is only pink because my sister asked me to, Sorry if There is an inconvenience but these are not the same thing at all they are actually "created by man " by using a DNA bonding chemical.

has a lote of traits like inks tho >.< and pluse you should ask if its ok to use some of the idea i mean she is still mixing the speices and ink is not just octopus and cat if you look she has fins on her and the ears are a lote a like >.<

Really? Wow.....I was Kinda going for Stitch like with the design. I didn't even see fins.

yea i mean if she put a sharp fin on one of her species yours would look just like her species she made >.< she even made a pull tarrier mixed and a nother one mixed with a pengy she has all rights to that idea so its pretty much copy right to her the species anyways i would ask if it is ok to use them >.< is just a lote of people have ben waiting on her to psot the adopts for this species no one is makeing them cuz there copy right to her >w<

This was an idea I have had for a few months now....I actually had to look at hers to figure out why.
But you'll see they don't all look like this most of them are very different from this.
I Am posting another one tommorow and you may see what I mean then...

OKay imma clear this up, I'm not offended by your creation, you have clearly put a massive amount of thought into ur design and story background, you have provided percentages of DNA and such, so while I'm honored by Nyrawolf and their concern, I see no reason to attack and have a conflict with you or ur design. Yes they appear similar because of the feline part (and ears/anttennee) , Ink is mostly Siamese cat/octopus/bug. We all have ideas and such and like to put our own spin/variations on things..
