(Commission) Playtime With Celestia
This one was trickier than normal, and if you've drawn Celestia before, then you know why. She's harder to get right than she looks, and even this isn't something I'm totally happy with. Perhaps I'll revisit it later . . .

Y'know, that eye was probably redrawn about ten times before I finally settled on that particular design and position; it's mainly because I was drawing it at an angle that isn't seen on the show at all and the fact that her eye already sits pretty low on her head and was half-closed. As for Twilight's right forehoof, I don't really see what you mean, but I do try to get the proportions accurate to the show. If you could maybe describe what you see as the problem it might help my future efforts. :)

I found this pony anatomy sheet (which is not mine) that I thought could be pretty helpful. (For anyone, not just you :P) I circled Twilight and Pinkie down towards the bottom and to the left. It's a little hard to see, but twilight's forehoof looks better here. On your picture it looks like it's just sort of jutting out from the side of her chest. Now, by all means, I could be wrong and the angle at which you drew her is just throwing me off. Either way, just compare the two and see what you think.
Why did I circle pinkie? I just thought that pose would be cute for a future picture :P

I think I see what the problem is. I had put in some shadow in the original drawing which indicated that there is a second bend in the foreleg, but it didn't scan well enough and I missed it in the cleanup phase. Next time I'm going to define it a bit better and hopefully the scanner will pick it up.
