Tess (left) and Toxic (right, obviously, since Tess is on the left) Are both my fursona. Each represents a different aspect of my personality. Tess is more outgoing and friendly, while Toxic… She’s not, really. Tess is generally happier and more ready to laugh at her own mistakes and the shortcomings of her life, and Toxic is exactly the opposite of that, and just more… depressed, I guess in general. That isn’t to say that each has some aspect of the other in their personality.

It would be great if I could have just one of them represent me, but then the one character would seem far too bipolar. (And the likelihood that I have bipolar disorder is very high.)

As characters they exist together in the same world, as close friends. Each is highly protective of the other, as well as anyone they know. And without Tess, Toxic would lose her mind.
