Hm, I think "stand out" was a poor choice of words. I don't mean it like sowing off or anything like that, but more like adding to the identity and personality of each one, not for the details in themselves, but what they represent. I understand what you mean, just didn't know how to communicate it :)
I looked through some of them, yeah. I personally like characters with simple colors and patterns. More elaborate characters aren't necessarily bad, but sometimes they can come off as a bit overwhelming, especially when you have to draw them and get the pattern right down to every single spot and stripe.
