sharpe19 I had the opportunity to receive Silver and hope to take him to several haunted attractions around Michigan here later this year. I want to break the suit down in quality as well as work.
++So I'm going to start off with the head. He's very light and has a fan inside (there's a discontinuity in the wiring that needs to be found and corrected so I can get some flowing air when standing still). His fur was frizzy from age and his coloring faded. I loved bold markings on wolves so when Sharpe redid his coloring I had her make it a bit more so. I also had her add in a thin sculpted lip as I've always fancied small details like that. May have whiskers added later.
Overall quality is great. The original maker,
flurrycat did a great job. I'm curious if we will ever figure out how to make the nose snarl, but that is for another time. All of the seams are sewn and details are not spared.Thinking about having Sharpe also add in some sort of screen over my eye area so I am 100% unseen.
++ Body needed some work. There was matting in the airbrushing and in the crotch as well as the chest had something going on that wasn't right. We made a duct tape mannequin for me and got the body more snug. Since some work had to be done to the chest I requested that 'proud' chest I have seen on some suits, like this one: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/724951/
It seems more feral. I do like the rib idea but I shall see what things come up as I learn more about him as a character.
There were some seams popped, and it has a back zipper. A little awkward to get into without help, but really disappears when closed. I like the various furs used. Some of the fur has yellowed while other hasn't but with age I would presume there isn't anything that can be done.
++ Hands are large on me but I think I will amend this by wearing a set of gloves underneath. I like the current paws and don't want to get new ones. The paws are a rubber latex which makes gripping things nice.
++ The stilts were something to get used to. I knew what I was getting into when Sharpe said he was a stilted wolf. Over the course of a few hours the leg sleeve will slip down and the upper leg rides up. She offered to do magnets or some encloser originally but I decided against it. Sort of wish I said yes now :[ Lesson learned and maybe it isn't too late. She offered to make any other needed alterations for free and I think right now that's the only thing.
Overall the suit is extremely comfortable. I missed the how to be a character clinic so maybe another time.
Even in the time crunch Sharpe was a pleasure to work with.
If you see this suit and it doesn't make noises or speak, it's me. At the moment I only let one other person wear this (because I like to see Silver taken to conventions!) and that is Sharpe. I know she will take care of the suit and take him to conferences when I'm not able to go. Perhaps I will put goggles on him or something to let people know who it is, or maybe I will leave them guessing.
Please enjoy :]

I'm hoping to do a review on the restoration, if
fursuitreviews will allow it. I'm newer to the fandom but have helped several friends with their suits. Between attitude and quality her's has been the best.
