You will straight up murder your back.
You squat and lift with your legs, keeping strain off of your back.
If you want to work your back, there is another machine that will not injure you like doing this exercise this way will.
You only have one body, take care of it and work out safely.

Yes my friend, I am very aware that this in the improper technique for this move.
A kettlebell swing is a far better method of working out your back with weights but must be done "Russian style" in order to be effective.
