Another free request, this sketch was won by  lizardprotector who wanted a non-anthro raptor with a wizard's hat practicing magic. I kinda ran with the idea. Here, the idea being that she's a raptor at a Jurassic Park, and managed to get a hold of a wizard hat. She tries a spell to teleport the key to her hand, but accidentally teleports a bunch of balloons INTO her. Still, fairly good for a first try.

Now she just has to wait to deflate before she tries again!
