Shoot, I was just a few minutes to making it on time, too.
If not for the lag, and me having to jump up a couple of times...
Anyway, I made this today. My second time attempting pretzels,
and unlike my first time, these are edible, and actually look like pretzels.
I didn't make the dough from scratch, it was from a pre-made dough that came with salt and stuff.
BUT, I did shape it myself. I will say that either the salt is much too potent, or I used too much.
I think it's too potent, compared to standard pretzels I see with this much salt or more and not being as salty.
Anyway, sorry for quality. Best picture I could take. I do have another picture of all 6 pretzels.
I will attempt pretzels again. Next time, I will make my own dough, and probably make a giant one.
As usual, don't steal, copy, edit, etc.
