I totally agree. I had a "friend" send me a hypnosis mp3 that he said would help me experience things I RP'd in real life, and embedded in it about 3/4ths of the way through were commands telling me that I would have no urges, no thoughts, no will to do anything but what the holder of my command word wanted.
Yeah, I did listen to it at night, but I never stopped paying attention to what was said. After 20 minutes of repeatedly talking about relaxation, the words faded out into the real commands and my attention was immediately and completely focused on what was being said. That's how I learned what that particular hypnotic clip did.
