So, upon seeing all those rubber body painted ideas and uniforms lately on Pixiv, I was thinking of a kind of forced body/mental TF of a person into a particular role/uniform by some kind of trigger, leaving them with a rubberized body and clothing grown out of them.

So the one example I was doodling at work today was a football/soccer fur, a normal slightly fat fur gets a high powered energy drink and has a good slurp, the drink is the trigger and it causes his whole body to become taught and muscular. a shiny skin grows all over him as his body turns to strong rubber, his face morphed into an angry-serious looking hard unmoving mask as the new colours of his team become permanently part of his rubber body. Feet into perma-boots etc, his mind becoming that of the outfit which is part of him, a testosterone filled muscled rubber football player.

The uniform is now permanently part of his form, and with the rest of the players appearing after guzzling some of the cursed drink too, soon the rubber team will be unstoppable.
