This is a piece I made for La Mole Comic-Con that will take place in March in Mexico City.
The idea is quite simple: The Thing is the only man who can´t be turned in rock by Medusa´s gaze because already is!
Yeah, yeah, bad joke, anyway…
But who knows? Maybe no just one gorgon girl can be enough to Ben, what about two? (or maybe those are Medusa´s sisters: Stheno and Euryale)
Okay, I´m cheating...
BTW: The Thing´s name in México is LA MOLE.

Desde hace algún tiempo aún espero tener oportunidad de participar en los Artbooks del evento, pero de aquí en lo que entro no me iba a quedar con las ganas de dibujarlo.
La Mole es el único hombre que no puede ser petrificado por Medusa ¡porque ya es de piedra! la idea va de lo obvio como a mal chiste pero me agrada.
Además a Ben no le basta con sólo una gorgona (aunque supongo que podrían ser las dos hermanas de Medusa: Esteno y Euríale)
Bueno, ya nomás estoy inventando.

"Anillos de roca/piedra la Mole quiero ser"....Aun recuerdo esa caricatura que pasaban por las mañanas por canal 5. Creo que tanto La Mole como Spiderman son personajes queridos por los mexicanos,digo quien no le diria un NO al Guapo Ben. Sere sincera nunca he ido a una convencion de La Mole desde hace mas de 15 años o menos (la ultima fue cuando vino Stan Lee) y cuando quiero ir por razones desconocidas pasan cosas extrañas. En fin,espero ir esta o una antes de morir

No, no, we call him in Mexico the "MOLE" (spanish languaje), but actually this in fact means "HULK" in english.
In Spain, our green Hero "HULK" it´s named "La MASA", this means in english "The MASS"
So, when comics in Mexico arrive long ago due on confusions they were named:
The Thing - LA MOLE
The Hulk - HULK
Childs here knows what means MOLE but they don´t have any idea about the meaning of HULK, so they figure it´s the name of the character.
