Past the low trees and bushes and into the shoreline there was a small fishing town, almost annexed by the encroaching metropolis growing next to it since the times of the war, when the walls were torn down.
A little ferry of sorts caught my eye, as did the two vibrant young women boarding it, "Wodrét Gahns" was it's name, Wet Duck, a chuckle and a coin later i saw myself leaving into the shallow and calm seas.
The journey was mostly uneventful, i turned on my media chip and listened to some music on the way, however in a three hour journey, even the best of music gets tiring, i paused to hear and maybe know these sisters better, however as soon as the now incessant beating of my own music stopped, i heard the two beautiful women laughing and singing, what they were singing exactly, i'm still not sure, something about trees between the dunes, the dialect was foreign to me.
We talked, shared our meals and songs, surrounded by the salt and the fish and the greenish tinge on the blue seas, but the size of the planet seemed to conspire against me, reaching our destination, we parted ways.
