This is a morgian, a race of peaceful bovine-esque creatures from Project AZMR. They used to be a dominant, militant force, but now cower in their village deep in the darkest recesses of the woods from the monsters they once fought. As a matter of fact, this is how I pictured them, since they were originally created by CtrlAltDestroy, but they lacked a true character design back then.
