An Illithid Alienist with his/its pseudonatural giant cave snail familiar. Probably about the last fellow one would want to meet in the Underdark, what with the inherent psionics and summonings from the Outer Planes.

Thank you very much for the comment! I was trying my best to convey the fascination and terror of the Illithid race, they've been a long time DnD favorite of mine. =)
