A sketch I got from Mel White way back in the 80s, at Nasfic in Phoenix, Arizona. (Nasfic is the North American Science Fiction Society alternative convention, held when the World Science Fiction Convention is held out of the US.)
I believe this was '87- Early in the fandom's existence.

This is her character Mallory the turnip eating dragon, in a compromising spot...Which is odd, because he doesn't wear any clothes....

I am quite sure I never got a copy of this to Mel, so I hope she snags it here for her records.


Some of these scans are a royal bitch to clean up, by the way due to the book spine creating a large shadow...Which I am loathe to remove, because it usually means having to clip off a fair amount of the image.
Doing the best I can to clean these up...
