I don't get why someone wouldn't call this art. If you made it and put work into it, it's deserving of the word 'Art'.

I think of it as art, it takes a lot of work. There's flavor combinations, color mixing, dyes, oils, making it so that the flavor is not to strong, and making it so that your chocolate doesn't overcook. But some think that it is just food so therefore I stopped calling it art.
