How to portray a warm-loving pimp-like dressed bear?
How to portray a warm-loving pimp-like dressed bear?
Welp, this is what I came up with.
Just because pimps often dress this way, doesn't mean everybody who dresses this way is a pimp, right? ... Gosh, who am I kidding ._.
There is no such thing as a warm-loving pimp. This picture is a deviation of the natural law!

*Stay away from pimps, children!! Run to the police or the nearby authorities immediately when you see one! I'm serious. No joking.

Giving it a good look, I couldn't say without knowing the client's side of the commission. It's possible they were thinking in a different context than common perception would have one to believe. The character himself isn't done at all in the typical 'pimp culture' sense, where he thinks he's the greatest gift to the world and we should bow to him. He seems more comfortable in his , granted somewhat flamboyant, style, yet he seems an ordinary person. It's one of those situations where I would have to know the character before I could decide for sure.
Flamboyant! Good Lord, that's the word I was looking for. Thanks for that.
I think you described it for me all too well. Despite the subject of the picture, I really do feel like I've portrayed more of a flamboyant character than a real 'pimp'.
