you're right his innards are being replaced by stuffing... but he's still an animated plushy... he's converting to a form that doesn't need organs. one that can still move without bones or muscles... think without a brain. feel without a heart...

the realy thing to keep in mind is regardless of the form's biology, sentience and soul are really what we're looking to preserve. and that will remain intact.
