EDIT : Adding context - this was drawn when I was ill and bedridden, during the worst part of my illness earlier this year.

Took me about 4 days to do, with breaks and lying down, :( but that just made it a kinda therapy; remembering how optimistic I was just a week ago and trying to hold onto that.
