Ok I love the face on Chiria at the top.
Personally I think this is exactly what needed to happen. I know Silver cares for Hector, but a doctor can't let their feelings for a patient incapacitate them. This is why doctors usually shouldn't treat family and friends. If he wants to fret and fuss over Hector instead of actually treating him, he should step down as his physician. It doesn't seem like he can handle both at once.
I'd rather have a doctor like Chiria, who's blunt but solely focused on doing her job well and getting results, instead of meditating on how she feels about it. I have family and friends to worry and cry over me, I need my doctor's energy to go into healing me. I appreciate a gentle bedside manner, but I won't sacrifice quality care for extra hand holding.
Silver has a good heart, but he needs to know when to separate himself from his emotions and focus on being the best doctor he can be. Chiria may be a tad abrasive, but she's focused and goal-oriented, and cares about healing her patients. She's probably going to teach Silver a valuable lesson about being effective in his work.
Man, I like her!
