Neat fact about these: The newspaper you see in the background is clippings taken from a 1986 issue of The Newton, Kansan. My mom recently dug out some boxes she'd packed 28 years ago and among the finds were a whole bunch of Breyer horses, wrapped up in some newspaper. I figured it'd add to the effect here and now a piece of my history is laminated with the artwork. n_n
