Little Tales - Gen plays Even More World of Tanks
Since the site is down and we're still untangling the PHP, I'll post Paladin's comic here for folks to see. This time, Gen forgets about the repair function in tanks while attempting to ram Pal off a cliff. Oops.

Actually there are significant differences between War Thunder and the World of series. For one, War Thunder has a progressively scaling between 'arcade' and 'realistic' flight and combat between its three different game modes (which will carry over to Ground forces). War Thunder actually includes the tanks in the same maps and games as the planes or at least it will once Ground Forces gets out of CBT. WoWp and WoT don't do that. To be honest I play both, and even when Ground Forces leaves CBT I will *still* play both because to be honest they offer different playstiles. Like one of the more popular Youtubers that covers both says 'competition is only a good thing for Wargaming (thhe company that makes WoT) and Gaijin (WT)'.
Also Gaijin Entertainment is actually a Belorussian company just like Wargaming is.

True, I just have a bunch of buddies that play scout tanks and the two things they're afraid of getting broken are tracks and radio in that order heh.
Me, I likes my heavy metal, granted I want to kick the idiot that thought putting the transmission right behind the lower front plate was a good idea in german tanks ~_~

Frontal transmissions IRL offer a variety of advantages over their rear-mounted counter-parts, even many non-German tanks are designed this way. The Sherman even had a front-mounted transmission that was bolted on for easier repair/replacement.
What you SHOULD be asking is why WG decided that transmissions should be considered engine components, and as such means that they're made of kitchen matches and butane canisters.

Reminds me of the final scene from "Duel".
