I have a strong belief that such big beefy beautiful bears should be pampered and pleasured each and every day... but especially after a long days work...

Waiting on him hand and foot would be a privilege. A foot rub... unacceptible. Foot licking and kissing the only way to ease his tension while he eats and drinks the meal prepared for his arrival. Even as he naps he would be pleasured from head to toe. This being a daily event, one would be thrilled to provide.
