Introducing Bones the corgi/otter, a collaborative effort between corgibones and myself of his new personal character!
He's a radical corgi hybrid like myself, but instead of being a stubby stompdino he's a lean, adorable, spotted river otter mix.
Features to note:
∙ Nose is a hybrid of a river otter and toony canine
∙ Otter whiskers!
∙ Body and tail are primarily otter while arms, legs, and head are primarily corgi
∙ SPOTS SPOTS SPOTS SPOTS SPOTS SPOTS SPOTS
This is our first go at designing Bones, so there's room to update and adapt over time, especially in regards to spot placement and size. We designed him with a future suit in mind, so this definitely isn't the last reference sheet that'll be made. This was a quick fun project to get the design down. :)

Corgis have such a fun body type. I want to get better at anatomy so I can show the stubbly limbs better without it looking super strange, but I guess that's more of a "chibi" thing?... Hmn.
And thanks! He already has spots on the ears in his initial design and I wanted to run with that somehow. :D
