Finally had some time to doodle again. :D

The background here is rather simple, bringing out the lion unobtrusively while being of a colour that matches that of the lion. The lighting is also great, making his fur shiny. My favourite part is the mane, appearing slicked-back yet with a few hairs standing out. I also like hoe the whiskers look. The fur sticking out by his jaw and in his ear are also a nice touch.
Taking a closer look at the anatomy and the body language tells that he is actually of quite wimpy character. I am surprised to see such personality with a close look. Even the scrunched nose adds to the character. Even so, the positions of the paw fingers have him look inquisitive, adding another dimension to his body language. The small legs in relation to his arms also give the lion a sense of perspective.
