one of those looks like a rainbow trout to me and the other maybe a cutthroat but I am not to sure but anyways yum..^^

Yeah, they could both be. Rainbow is the other species that gets stocked into the lakes.

cleaning the fish is disgusting, they're slimy and stinky, but they taste good when cooked.

I have never seen how its done, despite that 60% of the food I eat is fish, all mine I get at a big market..I eat a mix of sushi and cokked fish

I know how to do it, but usually I am too squeamish so I have someone else clean the fish. Basically, everything is connected to the mouth and posterior, and if you disconnect the internals from these two points, and just scrape along the backbone, everything just falls out. Rinse it in clean water, and there you go.. Ready to chill and slice for sushi, or poach, bbq, fry, or cook however you want it.

I have only eaten fish in resturaunts or from the stores where all that work is done, but when I have fished, I have never caught a thing myself.
