That is so sad... I'm so sorry for their loss. RIP Vader. Hopefully this will shed some light on the topic, and help future foxes and the people who love them.

I'm gonna miss him so. I sent the three emails in the popular "Save Vader" post a very stern message,
(about 7 - 8 paragraphs) about how inhuman and unprofessional it was to remove him and put him down without proper investigation.
Also signed the petition. Sending this out to everyone. Exotics should be studied over and understood, not feared and put down without reason.

Indeed, Vader was far from aggressive and certainly was well cared for, disease free, etc.. It was completely unfair to end that baby's life just to test him for rabies ;w;

Whoever filed the false report needs to be outted. If there is one thing the internet is good for, it's making life hell for people who do shit like this.

I hope the scumbag never finds peace again in their entire life.

Yeah I would really like to know who it is too as there are some people who just seem to have it out for Tara and other fox owners either because of their popularity or the fact they own foxes :C Which isn't fair if they do something so cruel just to be a jerk!

From what I heard it was an animal rights extremist. The same kind who will kill pets to prevent them being adopted.

Yeah that's not fair :C No animal rights extremist has the right at all to get someone's pet killed nor be the one to decide something like that is right or wrong. If they wish to believe owning a pet like a fox is wrong so be it, but to act upon it and get the animal killed that's just.. :C It's so depressing to think about the reason Vader was killed, poor baby ;w;

I don't want to sound mean and all, but I don't believe the story about Vader. I mean I am VERY MUCH against animal abuse, but I don't hate it to the extent of automatically believing a story like that right of the back. It's illegal for one; for any police/government enforcement to at ALL take any animal or possession away with out thoroughly talking to the owner(s). So I personally don't buy the story. And it's also amazing on how only one fox died, and it gets a shit load of people all over the nation all worked up. If someone deliberately was going to home to home killing a bunch of exotic animals, well that's a different story. But what if an ugly old mutt was put down for the same reason and his story was posted on Tumblr? Would that get the attention of hundreds of people? To true lovers of animals and nature yes. Would anyone break down and cry about it? I think not.

Once again, my feelings and no offense to anyone who had cried over Vader.

Uh, I'd rather debates, arguments, discussions, etc.. to stay out of my artwork submissions, please. Post a journal or make a post on the forums if you wish, but this submission isn't a "come debate" submission, it's a giftart so I'd appreciate any debates and such to stay out of the comments X3

No problem XD usually when people come to me with a large body of text about something they're starting up a debate haha I just prefer comments about the art I post to be in submission comments rather than discussions surrounding it :3
