Maybe, but it still has the same problem as the character above. If it is truly glowing aka giving off light, a shadow couldn't cast on it. The shadows ruins the illusion that the character or object is actually giving off light. She is clearly the brightest source of light in that room, so how could she have a shadow? The darker areas on her makes the color seem less bright and thus not like they are really glowing like I'm sure the artist was trying for. I'm not trying to be mean or rude, as my other comment was removed because I'm afraid it was taken as such. It is very pretty but it seems out of place to me. Sorry
