This is the first of many new stories I am working on this spring/summer. This is the premier story of TRAIN's newest superfur, Danger Woman, a Panger (Panther/Tiger hybrid). She is secretly Katie Monroe, the daughter of Colmaton's Police Chief Max Monroe. The picture of Danger Woman was drawn by the great Sammysstudio!
In this story, Danger Woman lives up to her name on her first night out as a superfur, confronting both a gang of car thieves and horny jackal reporter Tom Matthews and his camera. On her first day at work, she dodges the advances of her new boss, billionaire lion Timothy Bordick, who also has eyes for Danger Woman. How will Katie handle this odd love triangle? How will our hero stop an industrial spy set to steal her company's secrets? Read on to find out!
This story also features TRAIN's Lady Liberty and Scarlet Bow, CD's char Crimson Cur and my own superfur character Mystic Cat.

Thanks TRAIN! Well, I'm almost finished with a Crimson Cur/Lone Wolf story titled "It Came From Outer Space." Next on the list is a story featuring Radar Nocturn called "Bat In The Belfry." I also want to get started on some of those stories you and I talked about this winter written around artowrk. One of them had Queen Justice it in, I can't remember the others off the top of my head but I will find them. I like writing stories around pictures, it helps my creative process and draws people here to read the completed stories too!
Once more, tis most excellent a story that has been writ! Danger Woman's intro to the city was a tad shakey, but with time and practice she'll be every bit as good as the regulars, and I know it. WHat I wanna know is, what exactly is the origin of the chief's issues with his daughter and ma? Tis most perplexing. Also, Patricia Arnoe is starting to seem like a very threadbare excuse for a superhero and more like a super government agent; the imperious callousness is just galling. Points go out to Danger Woman for giving Bordick his just desserts, and to Crimson Cur for giving Matthews his.
Keep that good stuff a comin'.

Thanks, smegog. There is a backstory behind the tension between Chief Monroe and his mother and daughter. Maybe in a future story I can reveal all the details (rather complex set of circumstances according to TRAIN).
Thanks for all your kind comments, I'll have more stories coming soon.
