Those who fall under the Major Arcana of The Scholar are drawn to knowledge of all forms. They are doctors, students, and inventors. In the new world, Scholars idealize themselves as the saviors of the remnants of The Forgotten, using lost knowledge and Artifacts to build walls and wards against the Chimera. They are most attuned to divination Artifacts, as well as the Minor Arcana of Succor, The Inferno, and The Eye.

Scholars born under the Resting Phase use their skills and knowledge to extrapolate new or lost information. Some are daring archaeologists, and others are renegade scientists. Those born under the Inverted Phase tend to prefer using what knowledge they have in new and interesting ways. Inverted Scholars have reinvented many techniques in agriculture, infrastructure, and technology that have given The Forgotten a much needed advantage against the Chimera.
