Just don't wear the mask too much or too often. The mask is a barrier, a topper that blocks your feelings. Gotta let it out, even if your venting to the air.

I wish I could, but then I'd feel guilty, and even sadder, for making those whom I share a home with unhappy.
If only there was a place I could get away to so I could let my feelings out. But it's hard to get away in an apartment.

i know them feels. i have horrid social anxiety and i started working as a cashier over a year ago... now i usually have a good time at work, i enjoy being super polite to old people and they're polite back.
