No, I didn't have that memorized off the top of my head… I had to see how many times they did the Time-time-time for thing.
Because the Quantum Ranger had the coolest toy in that series: a gun that turned into a sword. SO AWESOME!
So, yeah, Dipstick as the Quantum Ranger, from one of my favorite Power Rangers shows, Time Force! Looks like he's ready to ride his robot T. Rex off into the sunset!

And the Sentai Green Ranger from Zyuranger was killed off, as was the White Dino ranger from Abaranger. Which is why their spirits visited Gai in Gokaiger to give him the greater power of their respective teams.

The fact that I used the original sentai names for the sidearm in my SPD-themed pic and acknowledged the handle design flaw should be a slight tip-off that I know a few things myself about Super Sentai and Kamen Rider. ;)
Oh, and that guy was also Vergil in Devil May Cry 3.
