It's not crystal clear, but its more than enough to get around. I prefer it over tearduct vision. What obscurs your vision more is the nylon (pantyhose) that makes up the pupil. Its pretty much like wearing sunglasses, in that everything looks a bit darker. Fine in well-lit settings, but a hindrance in the dark.
