I'm not entirely sure what it is I do at work right now besides attend meetings, curse at my overly-locked down computers, and suffer through email and IM withdrawal because they blocked them. Yes! I am a professional developer! I work on a whole variety of different sized projects in a variety of languages. Right now I am developing a turn-based strategy game for Android. Think of Advance Wars blended with Civilization. Going to take quite a while to finish, but I can do it.
Yep, they do still kill trees and turn them into paper in which to write yesterday's news and angry opinion column rants about political ideology upon! Shocking! You'd think they would have given up on that, but somehow the industry stays afloat probably due to the generously forced contributions from taxpayers!
