Anixia is dressed and cleaned up now as her mother pulls out a lovely surprise for her, her new family and relatives putting up decorations around her as a large ' in her eyes' birthday cake with a single candle is placed before her. She cannot help the childish smile that slips to her lips as the surprise of the moment slips in. Even though she is still trying to get to grips with what has happened, she cannot get over how it is now just her very first birthday. Everyone around here is so happy its infectious as she smiles more, unable to stop herself as it seems maybe things will take a turn for the better with a fresh start.

This is a somewhat dark sequence and does get quite deep at times, but I hope you enjoy.
